Century Rayon plans to expand its viscose filament yarn at Murbad road, Shahad, in Thane district of Maharashtra.
As per the plan, it will expand the unit’s capacity from 25,000 tonne per annum to 30,000 tonne per annum.
As informed to ProjectsToday, the implementation stage is as follows:
The civil contractor and the machinery supplier are yet to b finalised.
Financial closure is in progress and the company is awaiting environmental clearance for the project.
The project work is scheduled to begin from July 2015.
