Real estate developer County Group has announced an investment of Rs 1,800 crore to develop a premium residential project named 'Jade County' in Wave City, Ghaziabad. The project, spread across 13.33 acres, will offer approximately 1,000 housing units and a total saleable area of 30 lakh square feet.

In a statement issued on 04 June. 2025, the company said it acquired the land parcel from Wave Group for Rs 400 crore. The land lies within the 4,200-acre Wave City township, where multiple developers have acquired land for housing developments.

The project’s prime location along the NH24 corridor, is attributed to its connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida, and upgrades like the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport.

County Group has already delivered 18 million sq. ft. of real estate in Delhi-NCR and is actively developing more projects. The investment aligns with the company’s broader expansion strategy amid growing demand for well-connected, high-end residential spaces in the NCR.
