CtrlS Datacenters plans to establish a 600 MW IT load capacity datacentre park across 40 acres at Chandanvelly Industrial Park, Hyderabad. The first phase has secured 250 MW of sanctioned power and plans are on for a dedicated gas-insulated substation (GIS), expandable to 900 MW.
This state-of-the-art facility will house high-density, AI-ready interconnected datacentres designed for ultra-high-density rack configurations, supporting up to 135 KW per rack and immersion cooling up to 300 KW per rack. The datacentre will employ advanced cooling systems, including free air-cooling, direct liquid cooling, and immersion cooling, achieving a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.12 to 1.32.
Solar module facades on building exteriors will provide green energy and thermal regulation. CtrlS operates three datacentres in Hyderabad, one in HITEC City and two in Gachibowli, and has a total national capacity of 250 MW, with facilities in cities like Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida, and Kolkata. It also runs edge datacentres in Patna and Lucknow, with plans to expand to GIFT City Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, and Guwahati.
