DLF to launch Phase-1 of residential project in Mumbai with RERA nod DLF has secured approval from Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for the first phase of its premium residential project ‘The WestPark’ in Andheri locality of Mumbai.
The approved phase includes 416 high-end apartments across four towers. According to MahaRERA filings, the towers will house three, four, and five BHK units ranging from 1,048 sq. ft. to 2,278 sq. ft., along with five studio units measuring about 236 sq. ft. each. The total plot area spans 7,788 sq. mtrs., and the project is scheduled for completion by June 2032.
The development is being executed in partnership with the Trident Group under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme. DLF had initially entered Mumbai in 2005 by acquiring 17 acres in Lower Parel for Rs 704 crore, which it later sold to Lodha Group for Rs 2,700 crore in 2012. The launch of this Andheri project signifies DLF’s renewed commitment to the Mumbai market, focusing on upscale residential offerings. An official launch date is expected soon.
