Ekta Tripolis is an ultra-premium luxurious residential project in Goregaon locality of Mumbai, launched by Ekta World comprising three high-rise towers - Skypolis, Caliopolis and Theopolis. The occupancy certificate (OC) has been received for the ‘A’ and ‘B’ wing.

Each of these towers is 36 storeys high, and spread across 2.9 acres of land. The towers have configurations of two, three and 4.5 BHK apartments, with a total of 612 units. There are five elevators per tower, multiple-level car parking, special no-vehicle zones and other provisions. Reza Kabul Architects and landscape architect, Vikas & Nilima Bhosekar are the architects and construction partners B.E. Billimoria, and structural consultant-J+W, as key associates helm the project.

The project is designed as an innovative urban habitat, incorporating luxurious and eco-friendly features, including a club house spread over 10,000 sq. ft. , an aesthetically designed sky lounge, and Evander Holyfield gym. Residents will also get views of the Aarey Colony and Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The amenities include a swimming pool, jogging track, squash court, yoga plaza, children's play area,  game zone, meditation and tranquility garden and mini open amphitheatre, among others. 

Ekta Tripolis is also a IGBC platinum pre-certified green project, and partakes of eco-friendly and green practices employed by the company, including rain water harvesting and a vermiculture pit.
