Elan Group announced an investment of Rs 3,000 crore for its new ultra-luxury housing project, 'Elan The Emperor', in Sector-106, Gurugram in Haryana.

This development is part of a 50-plus acre township featuring residential apartments, branded residences, a luxury mall, a five-star hotel, and premium office spaces. The project will comprise 600 units with a saleable area of 29 lakh sq. ft. and is the second phase of the township.

Elan Group has partnered with renowned international consultants for the project. US-based SWA will design outdoor spaces, UHA London will serve as the principal architect, and WET Design will handle water installations. CD+M from Dubai will oversee lighting, HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates) will manage interiors, while Thornton Tomasetti from New York will provide structural solutions. Leighton Group from Australia is responsible for construction.

Elan Group's portfolio includes 15 residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality projects across Gurugram and New Delhi, covering 25 million sq. ft of built-up area.
