Fineotex Chemical (FCL), a leading Indian specialty chemical manufacturer, has commenced operations at its new manufacturing facility in Ambernath, Maharashtra, effective 07 August 2025.

With an investment of approx. Rs 60 crore—funded through internal accruals and capital raised, the company has expanded its operational footprint by seven acres. The Phase 1 expansion adds 15,000 tonne to Fineotex’s production capacity, enabling it to better serve increasing domestic and international demand for specialty performance chemicals.

Strategically positioned, the new facility offers seamless connectivity to Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT), Bhiwandi, and the company’s existing Ambernath plant, streamlining logistics and ensuring faster delivery timelines. This expansion aligns with Fineotex’s broader growth strategy and underscores its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability. FCL continues to maintain its position in the specialty chemicals sector, offering a diversified portfolio of high-quality, eco-friendly solutions for various industries.
