Valiant Advanced Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valiant Laboratories, has officially started commercial operations at its new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat, as of 07 November, 2025. 

This significant milestone bolsters backward integration and diversifies the company’s product portfolio. The facility is primarily focused on producing acetic anhydride, a vital chemical in the Ketene and Diketene derivatives category, serving both domestic and international markets. The plant’s establishment has been supported by a substantial investment, including funding from Valiant Laboratories’ Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Equipped with advanced manufacturing technology and a dedicated R&D setup, the facility is set to drive future product innovation and development, reinforcing Valiant’s position in the specialty chemicals sector.
