Gem Group, the Chennai based natural stone mining and processing company
proposes to set up a housing project named 'The Gem Grove'.
Sprawled over 21 acre, the project will come up at Padur on Old Mahabalipuram
Road in Chennai. The project is to be developed in collaboration with Vision
India, a US based property developing company. The JV partners are planning to
invest around Rs 320 crore in the project.
The Gem Grove is to be developed in three phases and Phase I has been planned
on 6.7 acre. The project will comprise 712 units with a total built-up area of
around 8,00,000 Sq ft. The apartments will range in a size between 550 - 2,300
sq ft.
