The Chennai headquartered Gem Group has entered into partnership with Vision
India Real Estate to launch the Gem Grove, an apartment complex to come up at
Padur on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai.
The complex to spread over six acre and costing Rs 320 crore will offer
apartments through six blocks. The project is expected to have a total of 712
residential units of 1-4 BHK apartments. All units are being offered at a launch
price of Rs 2,399 per sq ft. While the 1-3 BHK of 550-1,400 sq ft, will be
available for Rs 13-34 lakh, the larger 4 BHK units are to have a size up to
2,300 sq ft.
The first three blocks, offering about 350 units, is slated to be completed
by July 2012 and the next three blocks by May 2013.
