Godrej Fund Management, the real estate private equity arm of Godrej Properties, has entered a joint venture (JV) with Hero Cycles for the Golf Course Road property in Gurugram, Haryana.
The JV will develop, lease and manage around one million sq ft of office and retail space on the four-acre property. The combination of Godrej Fund Management and Godrej Properties combines investment management capabilities with best-in-class development capabilities.
