Godrej Properties has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in Hoskote, East Bengaluru, to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,500 crore. In a regulatory filing, the company announced that the project will offer approx. 1.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
The firm emphasised that the acquisition aligns with its strategy to strengthen its presence in East Bengaluru, a region witnessing high demand for quality housing. Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, stated, “Hoskote is an important micro market for us in East Bengaluru. It continues to demonstrate strong demand for high-quality housing and aligns with our vision of developing best-in-class residential communities.”
Earlier this month, Godrej Properties also acquired a 14-acre land parcel in Pune for approx. Rs 800 crore, where it plans a residential development with 3.7 million sq. ft. of buildable area.
