Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru, increasing the project's potential by Rs 2,400 crore, bringing the total revenue potential to Rs 3,500 crore.
This acquisition adds ~two million sq. ft. of development space to the already planned ~three million sq. ft. across 30 acres. With this strategic expansion, GPL plans to develop a large-scale, integrated residential township with ample open spaces, modern amenities, and a sustainable, wellness-oriented design. Located in Sarjapur Road area, the site benefits from good connectivity to key employment hubs such as Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Bellandur, and Electronic City, as well as a strong social infrastructure including schools, hospitals, and retail centres.
This strengthens GPL’s position in one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after residential micromarkets. “This acquisition enhances our ability to deliver high-quality urban living in one of Bengaluru’s most vibrant locales,” said a GPL spokesperson.
