The Greater Noida Authority has started acquiring land to construct two major roads aimed at improving connectivity in the region, especially with the upcoming Noida International Airport.
One road, 105 mtrs. wide, will connect the Alpha-1 Commercial Belt to NH-91, while the 130-mtrs.-wide road will extend up to the Yeida area near the airport. Land acquisition is underway with farmers’ consent, and camps will be set up to speed up the process. Construction is planned in 2026, prioritising stalled sections. These roads will enhance movement between Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Hapur, and surrounding areas, strengthen links to the multimodal transport hub, and provide a new route to the airport.
The project is expected to benefit residents across western UP and nearby urban centres.
