Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has invited bids for execution of turnaround works in FCCU2 at its Visakh Refinery, Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of work covers R-R section, orifice chamber, reactor vapor line, and 14C02X/03X columns, and includes fabrication and supply of various items, mobilization, and comprehensive provision of resources such as manpower, supervision, tools, transportation, and materials. Additionally, bidders are required to ensure site services as specified or as may be required for smooth execution and completion.

The turnaround jobs are critical for maintaining operational reliability, efficiency, and safety of refinery units. HPCL aims to ensure minimal downtime through structured execution of these works, engaging qualified contractors with proven expertise.

The closing date for bid submisison is 02 September, 2025.
