HTL International, a global leader in upholstered furniture, plans to significantly expand its retail footprint in India.

The Singapore-based company aims to increase its presence to 60 shop-in-shops and 10 mono-brand stores in the next two years, targeting a revenue doubling within three years. Already established with 30 shop-in-shops across India, HTL’s brands—Domicil, Fabbrica, and Corium, are strategically positioned in the premium segment, filling the gap between mass-market and luxury options.

The new stores will mainly be located in major metro cities and tier-I markets, with a mix of company-owned and franchise outlets. India contributes five percent to HTL's global revenue, and the company plans to double this to 10 percent in the next three years. With India’s furniture market expected to grow at 11 percent CAGR, HTL’s investment in local production and market penetration looks poised for success.
