Hiranandani Communities has launched The Arena, a Rs 1,100 crore luxury residential project located within the 588-acre Hiranandani Fortune City in Panvel, part of the rapidly developing Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Spread across 10 acres, the premium development features eight towers and over 1,700 upscale residences.
The first phase comprises three towers with 600 meticulously designed two, three, and four-BHK apartments ranging from 730 to 1,900 sq. ft. Prices start at Rs 1.31 crore for two BHK units, with three and four-BHK homes beginning from Rs 1.77 crore. The Arena integrates luxury living with wellness through unique features like a sports colosseum, aiming to appeal to aspirational homebuyers including millennials and NRIs.
Strategically positioned to benefit from Panvel’s infrastructure boom—including the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and Navi Mumbai International Airport—the project is expected to offer strong capital appreciation and rental yields.
“This location is emerging as a key economic and real estate hub,” said Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, Hiranandani Communities. This is in response to the increasing demand for integrated, high-quality housing in Panvel.
