ITC Hotels has signed definitive agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel (KIHPL) to manage a new 140-room luxury hotel in Patna, Bihar, as part of Bihar Tourism’s development initiatives. 

The hotel project, spanning 1.5 acres, was awarded through a competitive government bid secured by KIHPL, with ITC Hotels chosen as the operator. This expansion strengthens ITC’s luxury portfolio in the state, aiming to showcase the brand’s iconic culinary expertise and service excellence. Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, emphasised that their properties reflect local culture and heritage through distinctive architecture, arts, and rituals. 

Manish Kumar, Director of KIHPL, expressed pride in contributing to Patna’s commercial and cultural identity and highlighted their collaboration with ITC Hotels to elevate Bihar’s tourism and hospitality sectors.
