Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties, expanding its footprint in Gujarat and Uttarakhand.
The first, Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, will offer 110 rooms, a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa. Located just 1.6 km from Surat International Airport, this property will cater to both corporate and leisure travellers. The second, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, is set to feature 60 rooms, a conference hall, fitness centre, and spa, and is strategically located near Rajaji National Park. It will serve spiritual tourists as well as nature lovers visiting the region.
Lemon Tree's subsidiary, Carnation Hotels will manage the Surat property, while the Haridwar hotel will operate under a franchise agreement. CEO Vilas Pawar emphasized the importance of these regions in attracting diverse travellers.
