Infopark Phase III, a landmark integrated AI township in Kerala, is set to attract Rs 25,000 crore investment and will be ready by 2030, announced Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil and GCDA Chairman K Chandran Pillai.
The project involves pooling 300 acres in Kizhakkambalam panchayat, with the master plan expected within a year. A joint MoU between Infopark and GCDA, signed in the presence of CM Pinarayi Vijayan, outlines that GCDA will identify land through pooling while Infopark develops infrastructure for a worldclass tech hub and sustainable residential zone. The township aims to generate two lakh direct and over four lakh indirect employment, boosting Kerala’s knowledge economy.
Alongside IT and ITeS facilities, the project will feature schools, sports, cultural centres, malls, hospitals, and green spaces. GCDA is engaging landowners for consent, requiring 75 percent approval to proceed. Feasibility studies and detailed project reports will be submitted to the government within a year, with Infopark managing investment attraction and planning.
