Mumbai-based developer Inspira Realty, part of Inspira Global, has revealed plans to execute eight to 10 redevelopment projects across the city’s prime western and southern corridors. These initiatives, expected to span a total construction area of four million sq. ft., aim to generate a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 40 billion.
The firm has already initiated the financial year by signing two development agreements in Borivali and is in negotiations for additional acquisitions. These projects, covering a construction area of four million sq ft, are expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 5,000 crore over the next three to five years. Inspira Realty currently has over two million sq. ft. under development across eight projects in Vile Parle, Malad, Borivali, and nearby neighbourhoods.
Founder and Director of Inspira Realty, Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal, commented, “Redevelopment is shaping the future of Mumbai’s real estate landscape. With our upcoming acquisitions and a project pipeline of four million sq. ft., we are reinforcing our commitment to revitalising aging societies into premium contemporary spaces.”
This expansion reflects the firm’s growing footprint in Mumbai’s high-value redevelopment sector, building upon its existing luxury residential inventory and strategic urban transformation agenda.
