Jai Ambey Roadlines has been awarded a contract by South Eastern Coalfields for the hiring of heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM), including excavators, tippers, dozers, motor-graders, and water sprinklers.
The contract is for the excavation of soft soil above coal seams, loading into tippers, transportation, unloading, dumping, dozing, and scraping/removal of all bands. The scope also includes preparation and maintenance of haul roads, water sprinkling, and spreading of material at the site. The contract covers a quantity of 0.93 million cubic mtrs. of material over a period of three years.
The total value of the contract is Rs 883.71 crore. This project marks a significant development in the excavation and transportation efforts at the Gevra coal mine site.
