Joon Realty has announced its upcoming ultra-luxury residential project, Adi Grand, with an investment of Rs 450 crore in Rajasthan. The development will be located on the outskirts of Jaipur, strategically positioned near the upcoming Delhi-Jaipur-Mumbai Expressway (NH148).

According to the company’s statement, pre-bookings for Adi Grand are scheduled to begin in July 2025, with handover of units expected by early 2027. Described as a “40-acre mixed ultra-luxury climate-positive retreat,” the project will focus on sustainability while offering premium living standards.
