Joyus Housing, a company floated by Shapoorji Pallonji, Ackruti Developers
and DLF Group, proposes to develop a 486-metres high residential building on
Keshavrao Khade Marg near the Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai.
The project's layout plan has been submitted last week to the Maharshtra
Government-appointed high-rise committee.
The tower with 125 floors is likely to have parking space on six floors; five
floors are proposed to be kept vacant for a refuge area to be used during an
emergency while the remaining 114 floors are to house flats and suites.
