Work is underway for Kalpataru Properties’ residential complex 'Project Immensa' at Kolshet Road in Thane district of Maharashtra. As per the information shared with Projects Today, the housing project is facing a delay in execution.
The project to be completed by 2019 is rescheduled for 2020. As of date around 40 percent work was completed.
The project worth Rs 500 crore is being built on 80 acre of land. The complex of eight towers+basement+G+37 floors with 1,250 flats is supported by various modern amenities. Mumbai-based Atul Gulati is the architect and Dr Kelkar Designs is the structural engineer.
The promoter aims to complete 'Project Immensa' by December 2020, as per the latest update available with Projects Today.
