Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors, operating under the Rustomjee brand, plans to launch a super luxury residential project at Bandstand, Bandra in Mumbai, next month with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,000 crore.
Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the company is optimistic about housing demand and expects to achieve its sales bookings target of Rs 4,000 crore for the current financial year. Keystone Realtors has already recorded sales of Rs 1,839 crore in the first half of 2025-26, a 40 percent annual increase. The company launched four projects worth Rs 4,916 crore in the April-September period and plans four more launches totalling Rs 4,832 crore in the second half of the financial year. Keystone will invest about Rs 950 crore this year in ongoing construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
Chairman Irani highlighted strong housing demand in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region from both end-users and investors, supported by wealth creation, and lower home loan interest rates. Keystone Realtors has delivered over 26 million sq. ft., and handed over more than 17,000 apartments so far.
