Knauf India, the world’s leader in drywall and ceiling solutions, has inaugurated a new metal line at its Khushkhera plant in Rajasthan, doubling the plant’s overall production capacity.

This expansion highlights Knauf's commitment to strengthening its local manufacturing footprint and meeting the growing demand for advanced building materials in India. To mark the occasion, the company hosted a Dealer Engagement Day at the facility, bringing together dealers, partners, and team members from across the country. The event included a plant tour where guests observed the new Metal Line's advanced production processes and safety standards.

The Metal Line, equipped with sensor-based inspection systems, precision roll tooling, and real-time quality control, significantly enhances production accuracy, reduces material waste, and ensures uniformity. Sumit Bidani, CEO of Knauf India, emphasised that the new line is a key milestone in the company’s growth, underscoring their dedication to innovation and efficiency.
