Kolte-Patil Developers (KPDL), a prominent real estate player based in Pune with a strong presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has signed a joint development agreement for a residential project in Bhugaon, Pune

The project spans approx. 1.1 million square feet and is expected to generate a gross developable value (GDV) of around Rs 850 crore. Bhugaon, an emerging residential destination, offers a blend of natural beauty and excellent urban connectivity, making it a highly attractive location. The site is surrounded by established markets like Bavdhan and Kothrud and is close to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Shivaji Nagar railway station. The area also benefits from proximity to major employment hubs, schools, hospitals, and entertainment centers.
