Lloyd Insulations India has bagged an order for the Super Thermal Power plant located at Gadarwara, in Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh.
The company has won the order worth Rs 28.37 crore from NTPC, for fire detection and protection system package for the thermal power plant, Stage-I (2 x 800 MW).
The total cost of the project is Rs 11,640 crore and the project will be developed in two phases.
The foundation stone for Phase-I of the project was laid on 19 February 2014, by Jyotiraditya Scindia, Power Minister.
The company will source coal for this project from the Talaipalli block in Mand-Raigarh coalfields.
