Lodha Developers has completed the sale of a 24.34-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Palava region to Singapore-based STT Global Data Centres (STT GDC) for approx. Rs 500 crore.
The land will be part of a larger 370-acre integrated data centre park, developed jointly by Lodha and the Maharashtra government, planned to host multiple facilities with a capacity of around two GW. The project aims to attract domestic and international technology players and is expected to generate employemnt for around 6,000 people with an investment of Rs 30,000 crore.
STT GDC, known for energy-efficient data centres across Asia, will develop world-class infrastructure focusing on cloud storage, high-performance computing, and enterprise solutions while emphasising sustainability. This sale marks Lodha’s strategic shift towards large-scale infrastructure and digital economy projects, strengthening its role in India’s rapidly growing digital infrastructure landscape.
