House of Hiranandani has launched Hiranandani Westgate, a luxury residential project in Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra.

Covering 25 acres, phase 1 of the project offers 1,844 residential units with prices starting at Rs 1.69 crore. The company aims to generate Rs 4,300 crore from this phase and has already sold 30 percent of the properties since its December launch. Hiranandani Westgate will consist of three towers: Somerset (55-storey four BHK apartments), Belvedere (51-storey three BHK apartments), and Florencia (47-storey two BHK apartments).

The units will feature air-conditioning, marble flooring, and spacious balconies with views of lush gardens, Yeoor Hills, and Thane creek. The project’s highlight is a six-acre landscape podium, one of the largest in Thane, designed with three themes: exploration, wellness, and leisure. It also includes a two-acre area for various play courts.
