M3M India, a Gurugram-based real estate firm, has teamed up with its group company, Smartworld Developers, and global fashion brand Elie Saab to develop two ultra-luxury branded residential projects in Gurugram and Noida, with an investment of Rs 3,500 crore.

The projects will feature over 950 luxury apartments, with M3M India constructing around 300 units in Gurugram and Smartworld Developers handling 650 units in Noida. These will be Elie Saab's first branded residential ventures in India, located in Sector 111 in Gurugram’s Smart City Delhi Airport zone and Sector 98 in Noida. “We have partnered with Elie Saab for two branded residential projects in Delhi-NCR,” said Pankaj Bansal, promoter of M3M India.

The investment for the Gurugram project is Rs 2,000 crore, while the Noida project will see an investment of Rs 1,500 crore. Prices for the Gurugram residences will start at Rs 15 crore, while Noida units will range from Rs nine crore to Rs 1.2 crore.
