Madhya Bharat Power Corporation (MBPCL) has re-invited tenders in three parts (Part I: Earnest money deposit, Part II: Techno-commercial bid, Part III: Price bid) from potential companies for construction of civil work of three packages specified below for 96 MW Rongnichu hydro electric project in east district of Sikkim.

The three packages are:
Package I: construction of civil works for barrage, de-silting basin, power intake (Tender)
Package II: construction of civil works for head race tunnel, surge shaft, pressure shaft cum penstock and construction adits. (Tender)
Package III: construction of civil works for power house, tailrace channel, switchyard and valve house (Tender)

This is follow up of MBPCL's earlier NIT for the same packages vide tender no MBPCL/TENDER/CIVIL/PKG (I, II & III)/2009-10/122 dated 15.05.09 and cancelled due to scope of works.

Last date for submission of tenders is 6 March 2010.
