Bengaluru-based real estate developer Mana Projects plans to add 3.3 million sq. ft. of residential space by the end of FY26, targeting mid-segment homebuyers with prices ranging from Rs 1.7 crore to Rs three crore.
The company will launch two projects by January 2026: 'Right Life Phase 2', spanning 2.3 million sq ft, and 'Mana Verdant Terraces', covering about one million sq ft. The developments will mainly offer two-and-three-BHK homes, catering to buyers seeking mid-to-premium housing options. Right Life Phase 2 is being developed as a child-centric township located between Bommasandra and Whitefield, an area with around 150 schools, attracting parents looking for communities built around educational ecosystems. Mana Verdant Terraces will be situated on Sarjapur Road, a key IT-focused residential corridor in Bengaluru.
Managing Director Kishore Reddy said, “We like to position ourselves in the mid-range of ?1.5–2 crore and in the luxury ?2–4 crore bracket, while selectively doing marquee homes above ?4 crore.” Mana Projects has previously delivered around eight million sq. ft. of apartments and villas in the city.
