Migsun Group, a real estate developer, will make an investment to the tune of around Rs 900 crore to develop a housing project in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The company will develop 2,326 units and around four lakh sq ft commercial area in the project located at Raj Nagar Extension. Of the total units to be developed, around 850 will be for economically weaker section (EWS).
The total built-up area in the project is three million sq ft. The company will sell apartments from Rs 35 lakh onwards, while EWS unit will be sold at a nominal rate.
The construction for the project will begin soon, and it will be delivered in a period of five years.
The company is currently developing nine projects.
