Maytas Properties' residential project named Maytas Hill County in Hyderabad
is likely to land in trouble as the flat owners are demanding that the
construction work be completed in a definite time period or their money be
refunded. The residential project has reportedly been delayed due to shortage of
funds and it is likely to need Rs 150 crore to complete the project.
Maytas Hill County is coming up on 376 acre, comprising 11 towers with 840
apartments and 326 villas at Bachupally on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The
project was launched in 2005. The company was likely to complete the
construction of independent bungalows by December 2008 and the apartments were
to be ready by March 2009.
