NBCC (India) has invited bids for the redevelopment of the GPRA colony at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.
The contract involves the construction of 800 Type-V quarters, a community hall, and various miscellaneous buildings, including a main gate and Swachh Bharat toilets. The scope also includes allied works along Vinayak Mandir Marg under the EPC (Package-VI) model. The total estimated cost is Rs 946.16 crore, and the completion period is set for 24 months, with an additional five years of operations and maintenance (O&M).
This redevelopment initiative aims to enhance the infrastructure at Sarojini Nagar by providing modern residential and community facilities. It will contribute to improving living conditions and overall urban development in the area.
The deadline for submission of bids is 05 January, 2026.
