The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to launch a housing plot scheme in January 2026 for those interested in living near the Noida International Airport, which is expected to open in February 2026.
The scheme will offer 973 residential plots in various sizes, ranging from 162 to 290 sq. mtrs., located in sectors 15C, 18, and 24A, close to the airport. A reservation system is in place, with 17.5 percent of plots reserved for farmers whose land has been acquired and five percent for industrialists with functional units in the YEIDA area. The remaining 77.5 percent will be available to the general public.
YEIDA has also recently allotted 65 industrial plots, generating Rs 2,200 crore in revenue. This housing project is part of YEIDA's broader plans to enhance the region’s development around the upcoming airport.
