The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) has issued a tender for the construction of a two-lane road with paved shoulders along the existing intermediate lane of NH-137G in Assam.
The stretch starts from Village Pailapool at Design Chainage 0+00 (Ch. 20.800 of Silchar-Jiribam Pkg-I, NH-37) to Village P. Songkai at Design Chainage 58+342 (Ch. 106+830 of the Tamenglong-Mahur section of NH-137), covering a length of 58.342 km. The estimated cost is Rs 798.93 crore. This development is part of the NH(O)-NE project under the hybrid annuity model (HAM). The project aims to enhance road infrastructure in the region, improving connectivity and boosting local development.
Bidders are required to submit their proposals by the deadline of 26 March, 2026.
