Vijay Shanthi Builders has received approval from the Director of Town and
Country Planning, Chennai for its 'Lotus Pond' project estimated to cost Rs 300
crore.
The project envisages development of 23 blocks of affordable homes, spread
over 11.17 acre. Lotus Pond is expected to have amenities like multipurpose gym,
skating rink, billiard's room, spa etc.
The foundation work has been completed for 4 blocks and the project is to be
completed within 21 months.
