Supertech, the real estate company, proposes to set up an eco-friendly
housing project at Sector 137 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The company is expected to infuse Rs 600 crore in the project which is to
comprise 1,700 units spread over 12.6 acre. The investment is likely to be
funded through internal accruals and advances from customers.
The apartments are to have a price range between Rs 22 lakh and Rs 1 crore.
The construction work is expected to begin in January 2010 and to complete in 30
months.
