Ansal Housing & Construction performed the bhoomipujan on 14 February 2010 of
'Ansals Town, Phase III,' a residential township at Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.
Ansal Housing is expected to pump in Rs 200 crore in the development of
Phase-III spanning over 17.49 acre with a total 1,125 units. The company is
likely to develop 2 and 3 bedroom free hold flats and Independent floors (G+2)
in the price range of Rs 12.67 to Rs 23.20 lakh.
Ansal Town sprawled over 65 acre, is located near Modipuram Crossing on
