1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Odisha govt clears six proposals worth over Rs 9,000 cr

The 22nd High Level Clearance Authority (HLCA) meeting held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved six investment proposals with an aggregate investment of Rs 9,100.29 crore. These projects will create an employment for more than 6,525 people.
 
The CM approved two investment proposals worth Rs 8,850.19 crore with an employment potential of 5,250 people.
 
This includes two investment proposals of Rungta Mines and Dhunseri Ventures totaling Rs 8,850.19 crore. 
 
The proposal of Dhunseri Ventures is for setting up Maleic Anhydride manufacturing unit with annual capacity of 60,000 tonne at Paradeep, with a total investment of Rs 1,013.29 crore providing employment to 350 people. 
 
The proposal of Rungta Mines (RML) is for setting up an expansion of its integrated steel plant project from 0.9 million tpa to 2.85 million tpa capacity, with captive power plant of 385 MW and 1.69 million tpa cement plant in two phases at Jharbandh, Dhenkanal district with a total investment of Rs 7,836.90 crore providing employment to around 4,900 people.
 
The 91st State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) meeting chaired by Asit Kumar Tripathy, Chief Secretary, government of Odisha, approved four investment proposals worth Rs 251.09 crore outlined by Hemant Sharma, Principal Secretary, the Department of Industries, government of Odisha. 
 
These proposals spread across sectors like metal and metal downstream, textile & apparel and logistics & infrastructure are likely to generate employment for around 1,275 people. 
 
In the footwear sector, the proposal of Niren Kumar Anand, for setting up footwear manufacturing unit of one million pieces capacity was approved. The project will entail investment of Rs 62.44 crore and employ around 620 people. 
 
The proposal of Kashvi International to set up an additional 1.2 million tpa iron ore beneficiation plant to its 0.6 million tpa iron ore pelletisation plant was also given nod. The project will see an investment of Rs 55.23 crore and create employment to around 50 people.
 
Another proposal was approved in the metal downstream sector. The proposal of Purosteel India is to set up a manufacturing unit such as tubes and pipes PVD coating, furniture fabrication, finished sheets and profiles, trimes plant with an investment of Rs 53.42 crore providing employment for 200 people. 
 
The Odisha Carriers and Trade also received an approval for setting up three logistics park-cum-fulfillment centres, with an investment of Rs 80 crore and will provide additional employment opportunities for 405 people. 
 
In the meeting, the CM also announced to set up an inter-ministerial committee to look into the issues of bringing industries and MSMEs in the current pandemic situation and recommend appropriate suggestions for bringing them back on track. The ministers who are members of HLCA will be members of the inter-ministerial group. 
 
Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari, Energy Minister Sushant Singh, Steel & Mines Minister Prafulla Mallick, and Minister of State, Industries & MSME, Dibya Shankar Mishra will be members of the group.
