Oil India has floated a tender for civil engineering survey and other works for drilling rigs at five locations in OALP blocks across the Mahanadi Basin project in Odisha.
The work scope includes land acquisition, soil investigation, and the design of RCC foundations,,and will cover eight districts: Puri, Khurda, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak, and Balasore, supporting exploration and production of oil and natural gas from onshore basins in India. The contract is scheduled for two years from the date of mobilization, with an option to extend for an additional year under the same terms and rates. Key activities include detailed civil surveys, acquisition of land for rig sites, soil testing and geotechnical investigation, and engineering design of reinforced concrete foundations to support drilling operations.
The last date for bid submision is 09 January, 2026.
