The Ozone Group, on 16 November 2011, launched its integrated township in Bangalore.

The project named - Ozone Urbana – is to be spread over 150 acre. The project offers three distinct residential offerings like Urbana Meadows - serviced plots for those who would like to design and build their own homes. Spread across about 24 acre, the Phase I of Urbana Meadows has 388 plots, of which nearly 100 are already pre-sold. Urbana Aqua is for the customers looking for their first home with limited budget, with 280 (2 & 3BHK) apartments with all amenities and standard luxury, spread over nearly four acre in the Phase I. In Urbana Greens- a villa project – to be spread across 26 acre. The Phase I of Urbana Greens offers nearly 200 villas in sizes from 2,000 to 6,400 sq ft. Construction of the project is expected to commence in January 2012.

The Group is investing Rs 3,000 crore on project. It will be raising a debt of Rs 500 crore from a consortium of banks led by State Bank of India (SBI) for the township project while the rest of the investment will be generated as and when we sell the property to different buyers.
