Pardos Real Estate has acquired seven acre land parcel in Gurugram, Haryana for a consideration of around Rs 180 crore.
The commercial land parcel has a development potential of 800,000 sq ft. The company is expected to construct an office tower on the acquired land.
In March 2022, Pardos Logistics, a subsidiary of Pardos Real Estate, had acquired a 41 acre of land parcel for around Rs 50 crore on the Ballabhgarh-Sohna highway to develop one million sq ft of prime warehousing space.
