Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects plans to launch 25 residential projects across major Indian cities in FY26, aiming to tap into strong consumer demand.
According to the company’s latest investor presentation, these projects will encompass a total developable area of 44.80 million sq. ft. and are expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 42,120 crore. The upcoming projects will be located in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Goa. This marks a sharp uptick in activity compared to FY25, during which the company launched only 26.28 million sq. ft. of projects worth Rs 26,222.8 crore, primarily due to delays in obtaining regulatory approvals.
In pricing, the average realisation for apartments, villas, and commercial properties rose 36 percent y-o-y to Rs 14,113 per sq. ft., while plot sales rose 50 percent y-o-y to Rs 7,167 per sq. ft.
