Prestige Estates Projects, the Bengaluru-based real estate firm, has launched its inaugural residential project in the National Capital Region (NCR), and reported over Rs 3,000 crore in sales within a week of launch.
The development, The Prestige City, is located in Indirapuram Extension along National Highway 24 and marks the group's first foray into NCR’s residential real estate market. The project sold 1,200 units during its initial launch phase, underscoring strong buyer interest. Spanning 62.5 acres, the current launch includes two residential segments - Oakwood and Mulberry, comprising 3,421 homes across 19 towers.
An additional phase, named Mayflower, is in the pipeline, promising further expansion of the community with bespoke residential offerings. A key highlight of the integrated township will be the inclusion of a Forum Mall, which will cover 1.18 million sq. ft. and add a major retail and entertainment hub to the area. However, the company attributes the strong initial success of The Prestige City to a blend of brand credibility, strategic location, and rising demand for premium residential projects in well-connected urban centres.
Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack expressed optimism about the Group's trajectory, stating, “We are delighted with the overwhelming response to our first residential project in NCR. The year ahead is particularly exciting for us, with significant launches planned across Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, NCR, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.” His remarks underline the company’s aims to deepen its footprint in major Indian cities through a diversified portfolio of high-value developments.
