Bengaluru-based Prestige Group will expand its presence in Mumbai by acquiring 22,135 sq. mtrs. of land in the Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation area for Rs 291.58 crore. This land parcel, adjacent to the Western Express Highway (WEH), will be developed into a residential project with an estimated one million sq. ft. of carpet area.

The move is part of Prestige Group’s broader growth strategy to tap into the real estate market in the city, driven by the increasing demand for modern urban living. The development will cater to the rising demand for quality residential spaces in the region.
