Bengaluru-based developer Prestige Group has launched its largest residential township project 'Prestige Park Grove' in a single-phase development in Bengaluru with an investment of Rs 6,000 crore.
The project, which is in close proximity to the eastern IT corridor of Whitefield and also near Kadugodi Metro station, will span over 71 acres of land parcel. The plan includes the construction of 3,627 apartments in 19 high-rise towers, including a villa enclave with 88 independent villas.
With the successful completion of this project, the company has scheduled further launches in the Whitefield region in the following quarters.
On 10 August, 2023, Prestige Group partnered with PropVR for launching and 3D-modelling of the upcoming luxury projects.
